Charlie was named as one of the UK’s top ten reputation managers by UK business magazine Spear’s WMS in 2014, and is a former Daily Telegraph diary editor, leader writer and columnist. For five years Charlie was the Managing Director of a Corporate PR consultancy New Century.
As one of the industry’s most dynamic figures he is unrivalled in managing highly sensitive reputational issues and providing clarity of thought in complex business and PR situations.
He founded Dragon in 2011 as a consultancy that embodies his commitment to providing clear strategic advice that supports clients’ business objectives and exceptional delivery.
Charlie brings a wealth of experience at the highest levels of the media and communications spheres and an exceptional track record in providing top level strategic counsel to major UK and international clients.
He was educated at Eton and Oxford University and is trustee of the Oxford United Youth and Community Trust.

PATRICK ELLIOT – HEAD OF SPECIAL SITUATIONS
Patrick devises smart, cohesive solutions for clients who face unusual, or complex, business challenges and opportunities, often with a legal dimension.
He has nearly 20 years’ experience as a solicitor, specialising in litigation, commercial and intellectual property, insolvency and restructuring and has worked at a number of well-known law firms including Simmons & Simmons, BLP and Addleshaw Goddard and most recently as a restructuring partner at Brown Rudnick where he advised on many high-profile cases including Enron, TXU, Lehman, MF Global, Madoff and The Cooperative Bank.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Patrick worked for the International trading company Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong. He was educated at Edinburgh University and Eton and is an officer in the Insolvency Section of the International Bar Association.

STEPHEN DAVIE – HEAD OF CORPORATE
An international communications expert Stephen is acknowledged for his high quality reputation management and communications work. He has provided support and advice to Government’s, global companies and high profile business leaders, changing perceptions and attitudes across the world. His clients have included SABIC, Aramco, Orange, Visa International and the Virgin Group.
For the last eight years he has been based in the Middle East working with all the main GCC countries as well as managing teams in Hong Kong and London. Stephen brings with him a wealth of experience in creating and distributing messages through a range of communications channels which include international broadcast media, print media and social media.

TORI CAMPBELL – HEAD OF LUXURY
Tori is a Marketing and Luxury brand expert and provides top line strategic advice to major national and international companies.
As former Head of Marketing at British fashion house, Mulberry, Tori has a genuine understanding of what clients need from a consultancy in help achieve their KPIs and business objectives.
Her core strength is her ability to provide an uncluttered market perspective and vision when devising strategies, combined with a hands-on approach to delivering comprehensive and effective campaigns.
Tori ran the Brand and Global Marketing Strategy at Mulberry for just under a decade.
LAURENCE JONES – PARTNER
Laurence has extensive experience at the highest level in global public relations. He manages a number of high profile mandates encompassing reputation management, crisis communications, corporate advisory work, sports PR, international bondholder disputes, government advisory and major real estate regeneration projects.
His clients have included international property developers, fund managers, wealth managers, sports promoters, governments, hedge funds and prominent individuals.
Prior to joining Dragon, he spent four years at Financial Dynamics (now FTI Consulting) as a real estate PR specialist and began his career at FTSE 100 UK supermarket J Sainsbury plc in its investor relations department. Laurence was educated at Downside and Bristol University.
GEORGE MORRISON – PARTNER
George is a senior strategic advisor to major City and corporate brands.
He has led a wide range of cutting edge campaigns for FTSE 100 banks, brokerages, fund managers, wealth managers, law firms, fintech companies, PE houses and accountants.
George has first class strengths in strategy, creativity and issues management, as well as an ability to find news value in any organisation – large, small, mass-market or niche.
Prior to Dragon, he worked at global PR consultancy, Grayling, creating a PR programme for Lloyds Banking Group’s Wealth business that demonstrably improved its bottom line, helped execute its corporate strategy and was a finalist at both PR Week and Sabre Awards.
He holds a BA (Hons) in German and Philosophy from King’s College, London.
VICTORIA SCOTT – SENIOR ASSOCIATE
As part of the Luxury team Victoria has a deep understanding of the luxury and lifestyle sector and an enviable network of contacts.
Victoria provides strategic advice to our clients and delivers exceptional PR campaigns that support our client’s business goals.
Before joining Dragon Victoria was PR Manager at Anouska Hempel Design where she designed and implemented a strategy that successfully developed the brand. Previously she was a Senior Press Officer at The Colefax Group and Communications Executive at Coca-Cola.
She was educated at The Godolphin School and read Business at the University of the West of England.
CHRISTOPHER WILSON – ASSOCIATE
Christopher offers the creative vision that is required for top line strategic advice and the deliverance of first-class PR and marketing campaigns.
A specialist within the fashion industry this former Irish account director has been responsible for some of the UK and Ireland’s top PR campaigns and events. Having worked with leading international brands such as MaxMara, Louboutin and Victoria Beckham he has gained invaluable experience, and with such can provide business strategies that are individually tailored to a client’s needs – no matter how big or small.
His experience in both PR and as a model and social influencer agent stands him out as a digital specialist: creative, connected and driven, he aligns business ambition and cultural energy for commercial success.
His repertoire of past and present clients is diverse, across the industries of fashion, beauty, art & design, music, food, drinks, travel and property.
TOM CAMPBELL – ASSOCIATE
Tom is a key member of Dragon’s Enterprise team, with a focus on partnerships and marketing.
He provides strategic guidance on partnership activation and relationship management and has a deep understanding of key stakeholder issues.
Tom has managed relationships for financial, technology and retail institutions as well as luxury brands and sporting events and venues.
His clients have included the Marussia F1 Team, Snoozebox, the Motor Sports Association and the British Touring Car Championship.
Tom was educated at Stowe School and Newcastle-upon-Tyne University, and began his career in Operational Risk at UBS Wealth Management.
LOTTIE FISHER – ASSOCIATE
With a background in luxury, Lottie brings to the table a wide network of contacts and uses her creative flair, strategic thinking and international perspective to execute first-class targeted PR campaigns for clients.
Prior to joining Dragon, Lottie read Spanish and Italian at the University of Bristol, with a journalism placement at a major newspaper in Argentina. She began her career in corporate PR before joining as Account Manager at a leading luxury travel PR agency achieving excellent results for renowned five-star hotel, restaurant and spa clients across Italy, Switzerland and the UK.
She uses her background in journalism, PR and events as well as her knowledge of the luxury industry to advise our clients on strategy implement creative campaigns.
ALEXANDER BAYLISS – ASSOCIATE
Alexander has exceptional experience in financial services communications, specialising in corporate and personal finance public relations. Alex has worked in financial services communications for over six years, previously working at a Financial Adviser group after graduating from Loughborough University.
During his public relations career Alex has worked across multiple sectors including asset management; commodities; currency exchange; financial advice; fintech; impact investment; insurance; private banking; payment systems providers and wealth management.
Alexander also has extensive experience in reputation management working with central banks, payment system providers and global commodities companies.
CHESTER ALDEN – ASSOCIATE
Chester joined Dragon in July following a degree in International Business Management at the Royal Agricultural University. He had previously interned with Dragon for three months during his degree and is looking to specialise in the financial services area of communications.
Previous work experience has taken him to the Red Bull Racing F1 team, and 21st Century Learning International, an educational technology consultancy based in Hong Kong.
COURTNEY JEVONS – OPERATIONS MANAGER
Courtney handles all aspects of operations for Dragon, supporting the CEO and both the Luxury and Corporate teams.
Having always concentrated on operations, Courtney was previously at nbi Human Capital Ltd as part of their business support team, based in London but working closely with their global offices.
She was educated at St Mary’s Ascot and read History at the University of the West of England; succeeded by the Graduate Training Programme at Quest Business School.
ANNESLEY ABERCORN – PARLIAMENTARY CONSULTANT
Annesley has 16 years political experience having worked for several parliamentarians including a senior Cabinet Minister.
He has also stood as a Westminster and European Parliamentary Candidate and chaired a well known think tank. Annesley has a deep understanding of the Westminster parliamentary process and maintains a strong interest in British politics.
He was educated at Highgate School and University College London where he obtained a bachelor’s and master’s degree in politics. He is the Founder & Chairman of The Dream Ball which supports aspiration for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
HUGH WARRENDER – NAGA ADVISORY
Hugh heads Dragon Enterprise, driving asset raising programmes, introducing investors and devising business development strategies for our clients.
He started his career in investment banking, first at Cazenove & Co then latterly at Robert Fleming/Jardine Fleming where he worked in South East Asia, New York and London in equity sales and trading. Following the sale of Fleming’s to J.P. Morgan Chase he went on to co-found Aida Capital, a fund of hedge funds later sold to Standard Life, after which he raised in excess of $1.5bn for a variety of hedge funds and private enterprises.
He is also the co-founder of Knightsbridge Schools, an international education business. Hugh was educated at Eton College and Brown University.

RODOLFO MILESI – DRAGON LATIN AMERICA
Having previously worked as a frontline news broadcaster on Argentina’s main current affairs programme, Rodolfo has an intimate understanding of business, politics and communications across Latin America and Europe.
He is a first class business development advisor and communications strategist. Rodolfo has advised numerous Latin American governments, including his native Argentina, on their strategy in Europe.
Previously Rodolfo was a senior consultant at global PR agency, Bell Pottinger having begun his career as a news journalist.
OBI ASIKA – DRAGON AFRICA
Obi heads Dragon’s African practice. He is highly networked across Africa and London and provides top line advice to major clients.
He has a strong understanding of international markets and media landscape, enabling him to provide up-todate and ‘in the know’ service to clients.
Obi has extensive experience of the oil and gas, procurement and business support sectors, and sits on the boards of a diverse range of companies, including the largest infrastructure provider in Nigeria, PPC, and boards in the events, marketing, media, ICT and property sectors.
He has advised the World Bank in Nigeria, the International Finance Corporation, the Bank of Industry on creative industries, and the national economic management team. He is the executive producer of Dragon’s Den Nigeria, The Apprentice Africa, and World Cup Village.

COLIN METHVEN – NON-EXEC CHAIRMAN
Colin Methven is a former director of insurance broking giant Willis Faber and Dumas (now known as Willis), where he ran the firm’s operations in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Australasia for many years.
After retiring from Willis following a thirty year career, he was subsequently appointed President of the London Insurance Institute, executive chairman of the Cavalry and Guards Club (which he ran for four years) and was elected a district councillor in his native region, the Cotswolds.
A former officer in the Royal Inniskilling Dragoon Guards, Colin brings to Dragon his huge experience of emerging markets, as well as of a complete understanding of the running of agency businesses.
